by any chance does anyone have a DIY video or a picture walk through of how to install a short ram intake or a cold air intake on a 96 3.2 TL?

 

Nah, but installing a short ram on my 2.5 was pretty straight forward. Just remove the stock air filter housing and attach short ram with rubber sleeves and put the mass airflow sensor back on and then the filter and connect the hose attached to old air filter system then your done.

 

Easier on a 3.2 since we don't have a MAF.

i know comptech makes them for the 2nd and third gen tl,s but i am looking for one to go on a first gen, an 3.2 tl to be precise. also.... headers? is there a dedicated place where i can find this stuff. most of the sites i go to are only carrying stuff for cl,s and third gen tl,s.... HELP!!!

 

^weapon-R makes for both 2.5 and 3.2 with or without tcs, header no doubt of clue..may b headers off a legend..a lil modification???

 

OBX makes the headers, but not worth it, IMO. You'd get about 2~6 WHP from them, and they're a bitch to install.
