It's pretty easy, as long as there are good screws in there.
The outside (small) light you can see the screw right on it.
The inside (large) you have to unscrew it from the lower grill. Next to the light where the grill is, you will see a solid part with a small square hole, through that hole is the screw that holds the longer light in.
Pull the bulbs out (twist) and put them in the new ones, and reinstall.

You are supposed to have them blink orange/yellow I believe, would have to check the state website and ask them about it.
Mine are just clear right now, and I haven't run into a problem with any RI/MA police, though I'm not sure what they will say when I go to get it inspected (probably won't have a problem). I want to get some ones that blink orange, but don't look orange in there.
I gotta find someplace to inspect my car and pass me if I tint the windows...

Something like those, but the bulbs there are expensive. The are still orange, but don't make the clear light look as orange when they aren't lit.

lolz anyways, i have two sets of strobes in the clear bumpers... 1 set blue and 1 set red... i decided not to put them in my headlights because i did not want to drill into those expensive ass things... so i went with the cheaper decision and that was to put them into the bumper lense... the problem i have is that since the strobe is so big, the housing is not completely sealed.. so sometimes i have condensation problems... i wanted to redo them more cleaner but just haven't had the time and these things have been out of stock for a while... now they back i may do them when i get back to TX from NJ...
