two screws, unscrew the bottom one. don't unscrew the top one all the way. yank that whole sucker out. you'll see the yellow condom. push down on the yellow condom and twist. it comes right off. and put the things back. put screws back in.

There is a little tap on the side of the plug. You just have to squeeze the plug a little harder and pull it out.

---

He asked how to unplug the bulb... not to remove the bulb or to remove yellow condom things... you guys

I am ready to take my yellow thingy!

Ok, do I have to take out anything before I yank the fog lights?

Then, unscrew top and bottom screws, I am not taking out the bulb......yank the whole thing out, twist off the condom and put back in.....

Is it that simple?

Thanks again, UNX...I do not know what I will do without your help......I said that to Wampun, too.....oopppsss

Anyway, thanks.

1. Unplug the bulbs.
2. Remove rubber weatherseal.
3. Remove bulbs.
4. Remove bottom philips screw and loosen top screw. If you take out the top screw it will be a pain to get back in.
5. Remove the whole assembly.
6. Twist off yellow cover.
7. Re-install. Done!

seriously, i understand new people to the board want this info, but you have to admit, the yellow fog thing is THE most asked thing so why not just put a sticky note? i really feel for the guys who always post the instructions whenever someone asks. dont you guys get sick of typing it?

Thanks and thanks again

I will never tire of saying thanks to you.

Since we do not have the ability to "Search," last night I reviewed the posts.

Well, it was nice to go through the stuff. we guys have been together for a long time.

I found it eventually, what I wanted.

And then, this morning, the same thing appears!

Anyway, thanks and thanks again!

Under $5? You're out of your mind - Even if that seal is really worth $5... they will cut your throat, break your arms and legs and charge you $25 - Just kidding bro

Are you sure you never took it off for some reason? I took mine off when I took out the yellow covers and forgot one of them on the battery or something and it stayed there for weeks until I noticed. lol.
