Wiper Blades

I have my eyes on the PIAA Forza.

However, the Forza only comes in even numbers, and our TLs have 24" and 19" blades. Initially I decided to get a Forza driver wiper, and a Sporza passenger wiper.

But now I'm wondering how bad it would be if I tried to fit a 20" blade into the 19" hook... Has anyone any knowledge on what would happen? Half an inch in each direction doesn't (to me) appear to hit anything and drag along its path. I'm afraid of putting 18" on the 19" hook because of lose of vision area for passenger.

It is only an inch so it shouldn't matter.

Ordered a 24" and 20" for my pair... those actually match the '96 v6 Accord's wiperblade lengths. Thanks! Work Great!

Question. I got some Bosch Icon blades, but they don't touch well over the whole surface. Does anyone know if it's possible to mess with something to adjust them? Maybe bending the metal to which you attach the wipers?

I'd be very careful doing that. I would rather just buy new wiper blades.

I'm on Icons, and loving how cheap they are here.

I tuck my wipers, too, and they're almost completely underneath the hood line with the exception of the driver side bend which protrudes ever so slightly.

~Cheers~

^ It's my passenger side that protrudes on my car a bit, but I don't care. It's the fact that the top of the drivers side cleans like ass, and the middle of the passenger side cleans like ass. Uneven contact on brand new wipers.

Try bending your arm slightly at the original bend. It should help a bit.

i <3 my new wipers! Even my girlfriend, who is very conservative with her mini, wants to go out and buy some new wipers for her new 2009 mini! These bad boys work awesome! Plus they don't look ridiculous with the Sporza spoiler! The new Forza blades look very low-key classy; perfect for VIP and presidential looks, our Touring Luxury look.
