Wild Pussycats can be expensive.

The joys of fatherhood.
My kids decide to be nice to a couple of feral cats and put them in my car so they'll be nice and dry all night.
Well as you can guess they tore the sh*t out of the inside of my doors, yep all 4 doors are ripped to shreds. Now I need new ones.
Does anyone have some for sale? Or perhaps know where I can find pieces etc etc.
Thanks
M

are you serious? that really sucks, have you tried looking around on the internet for auto recyclers? These cars are pretty rare, and of course our parts are even rarer.

does that fall under comp? did you kill the cats? if you did you could make leather from their skin. but you have to be happy that you have compassionate children.

OT: AcuraTLBoi, I'm not sure if I can bring the Supras up to the track on Wednesday, and I'm not even sure if I'll have time to go myself.

That is the main reason why I hate cats so much because they always have to claw at something. If you put then in a car they are either going to claw at the doors, seats, or anything else that they want. Good luck with that.

so cats just keep on increasing in gravitational velocity and have no limit? well then drop them off a REALLY tall building. if you give 'em to me, i can just drive down to the CN tower.

I fly fire patrol part time and I have access to a nice old C-172 with a climbing prop ,soooooo..... I was thinking of taking a quick jaunt up to 10K feet. and with a hockey glove on and a full face helmet(in case they really freak out) Ill just pull them out of their box and set them free.

Geeze after reading that article looks like this is going to be more complicated than I thought. Isnt it always the way? one plans a hit an the problems never seem to stop.
I could always tie a brick to their legs or even better I could take one of the door panels they destroyed and tie them to that!! But that would be hard to heave thru the Cessna's door...yeah I like the brick idea better

wouldn't work

good ol' grade 10 science dictates that all things fall at the same rate, undictated by weight.

i got that textbook lying around here somewhere...

Yeah youre right , but Aerodynamics say that less wind resistance will allow a higher velocity.
If those door rippin' cats are spread out like Rocky the flying squirrel they may reach a lower terminal velocity and somehow pull thru this.
A brick tied to one of their knarly legs will prevent them from assuming that perfect wind resistant form and increase my chances for success.

Ive decided to spare their 18 lives (2 cats).
It wasnt really their fault, they only reacted as anyone would. If I was locked in a cell Id probably chew whatever nice plactic/leather was around.

But I still have open season on them"therefore snowballs and the occasional frisbee will be thrown their way with much enthusiasm. They better keep their heads down.
I hate cats!
