Might just be the area of the country or world that you live in since it is winter.

check the coolant level in the res bottle and in the radiator- in the bottle should be a full cold line and the radiator filled up to the bottem of the filler neck

caution do not remove radiator cap when it is hot to the touch
Even warm be careful and let the pressure out before turning all the way open
Serious burn hazard

If either is low use a pressure tester- free loaner at parts store to find the leak

How many miles on the water pump?

Then it is definetly something that has to do with the radiator because I had this problem but I had my radiator replaced and it stopped. You need to get this solved quickly because if it gets worse then your head gasket is going to blow.

do you have autozone or a similar parts store in PR that rent tools out??? you will need to pressure test your cooling system for any leaks...

if there is a leak, where could be located. From the cooling system to the cylinder head?

since you worked on the water pump- everything connected to that job needs to be checked first
Make sure that pump is not leaking- new parts do fail!! on the body of the pump, underneath, is a weep hole that coolant will come out of and leave a stain line
if the pumps oring fails

Try burping the system again- follow the book method exactly as its not like other cars.
info in the online owner book or the cars book- same thing

Make sure the heater is on Full Hot. There is a tiny radiator inside the passenger area that is the heater core. They can leak just from never getting used in PR, then opened for the burp after wp install- closed again...slow leak starts

Pressure test the system after checking all the hose clamps, radiator cap condition and the work you did.
WP is a big job, did you do it yourself? or a real shop?

white smoke from the exhaust can be a blown head gasket- leaking water into the cylinder
Is the coolant level low?

How was the car running before the water pump job? had it been overheating at all?- a few times to redline temp or close to it?

uh oh.

Check underneath the oil cap to see if there is any kind of a milky creamy substance on it.

the coolant level is a little low. But the car dont have white smoke from the exhaust all time, is only a few times.

i'm thinking maybe this problem is a little internal leak.

dont put anything like that in the TL- bad news- it plugs more than a leak- like all the places you want fluid to flow

You NEED to find the leak and fix it!!!! Why do you resist this advice from all of us?

Is the oil level up slightly? and brown or foamy or milky - thats coolant getting into it thru a head gasket leak- really bad for the engine lubrication- kills the oil

and the coolant in the radiator- same color checks report?

You have `burped` the system per the book now???-
and filled the radiator and the res bottle to the right places, the hose on the inside of res cap is there attached- it has to go into fluid and the radiator cap is check as good
and still it loses coolant?
A slight white smoke can be coolant leaking into the cylinder head thru a head gasket leak
When driven it builds pressure in the system- then sits in the driveway and pressure leaks down past the head gasket and into a piston---not good to have it there- its not gasoline and doesnt burn or compress the same. Lucky if head gasket is the only damage at that point

Did your car overheat before the water pump was changed??
That will blow a head gasket a few months later
