What tool do I use to remove egr bolt!?
There is not enough clearance to get a socket of any kind over either of the bolts, not enought leverage with wrench, WTF!?

Burning Brakes
I also had the insufficient EGR flow. I had to clean the egr valve. I removed the plate that's is circled in the picture and cleaned with carborator cleaners and reset the code, it never came back.
