What is the difference between the 97 3.2 TL Premium and the standard model?

What is the difference between the 97 3.2 TL Premium and the standard model?
I thought it was that the premium had Traction control and the standard did not. Is that the only difference?

Are you talking about the 2.5 vs. 3.2??? Because back then there were no Premium or standard model. Now we have a Type-S and a regular (Premium).

From my recollection both the 2.5 and 3.2TL (95-98 models) had a Premium version. I don't have all of the option differences, but the two biggest were leather and traction control. They are rare, but I have seen a few 2.5 and 3.2 TLs w/o leather. If you go to Carpoint.com you can get a breakdown of options by year.

When the Vigor changed over to the TL there were the 2.5s and the 3.2s. For each of those there was a standard model and a premium model up until 98, then there was only the 3.2 and there was only one trim level for that.
As for leather or not, I think that standard has leather and traction control is the only difference between standard and leather, I just wasn't entirely sure.

I haven't seen a First Gen 3.2 TL without leather seats or sunroof. For the 2.5 TL, like you guys said there are the premium and the standard models.
Premium comes with:
+ wood-grain on console, dash, doors.
+ leather seats w/ heater
+ heated rear-view mirror
+ sunroof.
+ traction control
Standard
+ wood-grain on dash, doors.
I think only the 3.2 TL comes with remote keyless entry.
