What is Offset?
Offset is the distance from the center of the wheel (looking at it from the side and say you cut the wheel down the dead center of it) to the place where the holes of the lug nuts are. The distance toward the outside part of the wheel is positive. The distance from the center to the inside of the wheel (the side that touches your rotors) is negative. The distance is measured in millimeters (mm). The distance in the center is 0. So in other words, if you read somewhere and it says the offset is +42 that means that the positive is telling you that the lug nut holes are towards the right side or towards the outterside of the rim and 42mm from the center of the rim.

Until 05 the RL wheels will fit the TL's 5x114.3 pattern. Thats shared with all honda and acura 5 lug except the SUV's which i know nothing about. The 2.5 TL has a 4x114.3 pattern. The integra however has a 4x100 pattern. I'm sure the 4 lug hondas share the 4x114.3 as well.
