Did you try to change the value on the bottom right where it says Posted in the past 5 days to something like 100??
It seems like a lot if not all the posts posted in the past few days are gone so that in combination with the above would have caused everything to appear to vanish.

As per WebToker in the linked thread below, "We had to restore from a backup. Database tables got corrupt and we only backup the db once a month since it is a gig large."
