Vanilla's 1998 3.2 TL

This is my TL. Tell me what you think. I'm getting it lowered this weekend, so I'll post that pic too.

those are 18's? boy does that front wheel well look like it could house a 20 inch rim if it wanted to, oh well, i love the way our wheel wells are so oversized especiallly the front, any one notice that?

Thanks, Jason. I have the red and clear tail lights as well. I just wanted to give it a different look compared to the other TL's in Washington state.

No. No one's noticed that yet. Yes, they are 18's. My cousin's lowering the car for me so that the oversized wheel wells won't look as noticable. 20's? I was skeptical about the 18's. Being a woman and all, I still like for my car to look feminine and I think 20's would be a bit much for me.

You know, I'm ashamed to say that I don't know what kind of rims they are. My cousin picked them out, I just paid for them. They cost me $2100.00.

Very nice car. Do you have any pics of the back so I can see the tails?

Thanks for the compliment. No, I do not have pictures of the back because they were just installed two days ago. I'll take a picture of the back, have the pictures developed, and post them asap. Hey, what size wheels do you have?

Well, just in case any of you are wondering, Vanilla is the name of my car. I wanted to get that on my license plate, but it was already taken. I chose INDPWMN instead. Can any of you figure it out? Not alot of people get it right away.

Yeah, I suspected the tires are going to rub more once I drop the car, but I hope I'll just get used to it.

Yo Redeye,

Thanks for the compliment. I think my ride is pimpin', too. I got the clear tails from autoparts.com. They were shipped from Japan. The pair cost me $500. It looks GGGGOOOOOODDDDD.

And thanks, MaxxT. I feel welcome in this forum. I'm glad I found ya'll.

Hey Vanilla your ride looks really classy, I like it alot. I am not a big fan of white cars but yours looks very sweet and classy, especially with those rims. I personally want to get 17's especially with the price of good tires, OUCH!
Anyway you have a sweet ride and I look forward to seeing the rear of your car with the Inspire lights. Could you let me know where you got them and how much.

Thanks in advance for your time and look forward to seeing you on this board again.

I'm not a big fan of White cars either, but I had a vision for this one. Before this car I had a 1998 Silver Integra, which was also nice. But when I bought it, I couldn't afford the TL (which is what I really wanted), so when the price of TL's went down, I traded in the Integra. And all this time, I knew exactly what I wanted my TL to look like.

Din,

What was your 18 inch setup? I would really like 17's or 18's that don' rub without hassle of rolling or cutting. Le me know when yo get a chance. Thanks in ADV

Vanilla, really nice TL. I think those are Konig Diva's??? I was considering those myself. Clean ride.
