Just recnetly i installed my system which i bought off a friend for 200 bucks yes i know not the best **** but its fine for me, i got 2 12 planet audios powered by a 300 watt planet audio amp, ne ways ive been having alot of problem wiht trunk rattle, u cant hear it inside the car but outside it sounds pretty bad, i removed the metal cover over my muffler and that helped a little but im still having some rattle ne other owners solve this problem?

theres no way of solving it. it will still rattle even if you dynamat. my cousin had 4 12s with major dynamat and it still rattled like a *****.

make sure your license plate isn't rattling.

Ive dynamated my Liscense plate, and padded my taillights, and it still rattels o well guess ill just have to live with it, but if ne of u have rattiling i know that when i took that metal cover off above my muffler it helped SO MUCH so if u havent done that id recomend trying it

i didn't buy the dynamat license plate thingy. i just went out and bought a sponge you use to wash dishes and stuck that behind the plate. no more rattling but its the damn trunk that rattles. what makes the trunk rattle is that metal lever that locks the trunk down when you close it. if you can solve that, your problem is solved

its the arm for the trunk lid and also the plastic cover on the rear of the trunk that covers our ta9ilights... i just dynamatted my rear deck and found that out.. i knew that the plate over our exhaust rattles but i don't wanna risk taking that out.. its a heat shield and it is there for a reason... yesterday was my last finaly so i will be dynamnatting the bottom of my trunk (spare tire well) but all and all i don't get much rattle... maybe im the lucky one or maybe its a 3.2 thing???

hmm lets see i got 36 sq feet for like 65$... its called like fatmat... i have seen this used in my friends car and it works nice... i mean its cheaper and also doesn't smell as much... i like it so far.. no probs for me... if u wanna see u can check out the other thread 'newest mod' u can see some of my deck has some..
