you can get a metra dash kit that has clips and tabs. You shave off certain tabs and it has these clips that secure the peice to the dash. The headunit has one of those cages that fit perfectly into the metra kit.

technically it is a double din... regardless if you put a single din in there...

According to what the original post says... i think he ment he has a single din... but if thats the case... the way i secured my last one was the ghetto style "nigga rigged it" with some screws... not the biiiig long screws but the centi-meter type... the ones they use on computers... the ones that are like 1/16th of an inch... but with a fairly large head... I'm going to have to do it to my blaupukt(spelling) since it cost me a pretty penny... thanks for the reminder...

The San Jo Blaupunkt looks pretty cool... Looks like its either the next model up or the model after that...

I chose the one below, not really for its features but more for its color and design... it flows with my car's interior, and if someone looks through the window... its just a black deck... The one I had Before my pioneer ($80 buck Sears Aiwa) was stollen because they looked in and saw a shiny silver stereo with little blue buttons... Probably thought it was something good... Oh well...

Blaupunkt Orlando CD72

Thats the one i have... its pretty good... nothing has gone wrong with it yet... i've had it for a year now though... hopefully it last me a couple more years... I got this for $300... marked at $350 or so... now they go for $200... you could probably find it for $100 if you shop around... doubt you can find it though... i think it was discontinuted...

This is the single din i need to bolt down... my other one (Peice of pioneer... the outputs were shot... i couldn't get no more sound to my mids...) is the one that i bolted down...
