stock springs how much $$$

hello 2 all am mighty 1st gen brothers..haha
ok 4 real , how much are a set of stock tl springs? anyone with a 3.2 wanna sell their stock springs?

Hey check local junk yards, they should sell them ranging from 50-100 depending on the place.

i am stock now but i wanna cut what i have now. i dont like the 1'' drop 4 the 3.2. also i think the back of hte car always looks 2 low so i wanna cut mine [like i did on all my other cars,and nothing bad happen] to customize my drop. i want the front just a hair lower than the back. so how much u want 4 em? i will buy them. damn! u have a 2.5 i need tre 2 springs

dude remember our cars are basically the same and that the 2.5 is suppose to have a stiffer suspension. i'm pretty sure our springs are interchangable. but up to you.

theyr'e not that expensive for the ground control ones..
and they're adjustable too... no hassles in cutting springs

heard they rattle and make noises also the ride is good with cut springs not so with coilovers

hmm.. i haven't heard anyone complain about that with coilovers...

as for ride quality..
coilovers are surely much stiffer.. which is great for cornering, not so great over bumps

if ride quality and rattling concern you (and $$ don't)
go grab the real coilovers from apex'i

they are fully height AND ride adjustable..
so ride isn't as harsh as ground control... and i'm pretty sure no rattle
