stock headunit/amplifier

Want to hook up an amplifier to the stock headunit. What type of adapter do I need? Where can I purchase one?

you'll need rca wires and couple of other amp wires. they have a "amp kit" that includes everything you'll need. but im not sure

the main thing you need is a LOC which is a Line Out Converter, go to any stereo shop and ask for a LOC and it has a diagram of what you need to do

yeah another name for them is hi/lows.... u tap into ur rear speakers to get the rca outs for the amp. if u want a pic just let me know and ill go take a pic in my trunk...

i have that new kenwood subwoofer amp and it has line in connections sweet as hell i just dont know what wires are pos/neg on the rear 6X9's if anyone knows please let me know i have a thread about this
