SRS light came on
in my 1997 TL, the srs light just came on this afternoon.
The car has 215k on it but all the mainteanence have been upto date.
Any idea what causes that? There was no work done on the car recently.

Took my car to the dealer and they told me that Driver side air bag has open circuit ( whatever that means ), they reset the code but it came right back.
The cost is $964.00+ tax.
I will have to find a used one.
