Speaker problems
Does anyone hear a rattling noise when they put a lot of base? I am wondering would a tear in my speakers or a blown speaker make this happen? Also what are some decent speakers?

hmm rattling may be from a loose speaker... did u check to see if the speaker is secure on the door... maybe ascrew could have fell out and ur spreaker is rolling around... but if ur sound performance is down and u hear like a muffled bassed then its prob a blown spkr... u still have stock spkrs or aftermarkets??? i always like the pioneers or infinity's.. other guys on the forums used other kinds too.. it all depends on ur taste... i will be doing full upgrade of sprs this summer to try and match my PG sub... okay later guys...

if you hear rattling when the speaker hits then most likely it is blown. if it annoys you then just pop your trunk and disconnect the plugs. if you want to replace them, find some 6x9 speakers.....i believe thats the size of them back there. there are diff brands to choose from. as reefers mentioned, boston acoustics is one of the top brands.
