Some things I've noticed...

I saw a '98 TL the other day and it had a dark interior. I've never seen that before in our 1st generations. They've always been a light leather with a tan/brown dash. This one I saw was a light blue exterior with a dark grey dash with dark grey leather. It was cool to see but I still like my lighter interior

Also on that car, the foglight switch was the bottom of the three switches instead of being furthest from the driver. I always thought the seat heater switches were closest to the driver.

Maybe they changed that for '98 or maybe the switches got changed.

Any comments? please add, especially if you've noticed something interesting or different about 1st generation TL's.

Ya I've seen a few TL's with dark leather, it's rare. I've also seen a few that had cloth interior, that was weird.

Yup. Here you go....(Only one I have of the interior, I'll take some more for ya...) Dash and seats are pretty much same colour as the steering wheel if that helps, looks very light here because of sun shining directly on it, but actually is a bit darker than this.

Yeah, I like the colour scheme, thanks. Don't ask about the blue wires, they are speaker wires, before I got around to pulling them through the door. Hate the way it looks, just haven't had time to clean it up, been too busy with work and the G/F... Have cleaed it up since the pics tho with black wire loom.

Since she has cloth, its a 2.5 non-premium. I learned thats how it works.

2.5 = cloth and no sunroof
2.5 / premium = leather + sunroof
3.2 = leather + sunroof
3.2 / premium = heated leather + traction control
