sup guys, just wanted to show that us 1st Gen do represent at these TL meets. we had a great time swapping stories and checking each other's rides out. it was basically me and ela.tl but it was all good. we had a lot of fun, he took some pictures and will have them up shortly i assume. i didn't take any pictures, these were some taken by other TL members and i just nabbed them cause they were my car haha.

hey unx979, ever consider taking that yellow part out of the inspire tails? i read it can be done with a dremel tool.

nice meet, too bad it didnt take place on the east coast...

 

those are giovanna corsica's. 18x7.5's i believe. he has coilovers on too. there's some negative camber but then if he fixes that, there might be rubbing. right now there's no rubbing. as for the inspire lights, i'm still too lazy to take them out and dremel them to death. haha. i know i know. one little project at a time. i'm gonna be putting in neons in my car in a couple days.

 

I want those tailights badly... but right now times are tough. It was a good meet to be at .. especially when we were driving down Brea Canyon Road and we had all those TL's cruizing.. Man I have some nice pictures I will be posting soon..

does anyone know what kind of rims are one that white TL?

 

what kind of exhaust is that?? i know it's custom but what kind of muffler is it?? it looks like a Greddy SP. do you have any pics of the TL with the Corsicas from the side??

 

it's a borla muffler, i don't know what the tip is called, but i chose it when i was in the shop. it was already on the muffler when i bought it.

 

The white TL on the last picture looks very sporty. I haven't thought the 2nd generation could be modified to become that nice, silly me.

 

Have you checked out the gallery? There are some phat 2nd generations representing, including mine.

BTW, nice pics and nice ride.

 

The 2nd TL looks like a family sedan without the sporty look even though with the manufacture body kit and rim, but this one is very nice. I think the big rim on that car helps a lot. In fact, the big rim looks very nice on most of the car

IMO, the 2nd generation looks more sporty, especially hooked up.:wow:

Either way, any cars will look much better hooked up.
