and took off!

this was about 2 weeks ago. i was driving home and it was snowing. i was on route 73 here in south jersey and this jeep grand cherokee was tailing me and i noticed it. so i am driving and start to slow down and feel just a slight bump and the next thing i know i am spinning all-the-way around and i hit the rear end on the center divider. the worst part is noone i mean noone stopped to see if i was ok or to tell me about the cherokee or anything.

the worst part you ask?

8 days earlier i just payed off the car and put just liability on it. well now i am paying for it. soon as i get the estimate from the shop i will let y'all know.

does anyone in the jersey/philadelphia area have any connects on a rear end? or know a junk yard with one?

i found one in philly, its a whole 2.5TL hit in the front and the guy wants $1500.

is the rear bumper the same on both the 3.2 and 2.5? because i thought it was from the front doors back was all the same

 

I can tell you a brand new oem bumper and clips + paint + labor and tax is $878.03 from a honda dealership out here that fixed my car two weeks ago.

 

I was smacked by a taxi in DC once, didn't leave a scratch. Sometimes I wonder what bumpers are for but I found out that day.

 

so no one know of any in any junkyards in the jersey/philly area?

sorry too hear that bro.... ive been rear ended in my car 3 times and all three have been minor.

 

yeah but these damn jersey punk ass bishes know that we have the most expensive insurance in the country and the bounce out as fast as they can.
