So...
What started as a pretty good day, as good as being having the flu can be:
Yes, that's a Type II.
Ended up like this:
Then, I had a slight happy:
Now more of the sad:
Let's get ready for a full part-out.
~Cheers~

I got brake checked by a cabbie on a green light and I slid under him. He has almost NO damage besides some scuffs since I went under. You can tell that he slammed on the brakes because of how high his bumper was in relation to mine.
I might keep the car now, since a container with UA3 parts just arrived from Japan, and I can get a JDM hood/grill to replace it. Just not sure about painting the bumper since it's a different colour.
You're right about being tired of the streak of problems. Just a couple days ago, my GF of over 6 1/2 years sent me back the Tiffany platinum and diamond ring I bought her years ago.
My fast idle has been acting up.
My as-yet-unreleased 6000-lumen Starc HIDs (better than their $380 ones) have been giving me issues, and I'm starting to regret using these instead of JDM ones.
~Cheers~
P.S. If I do part, I'll be looking into a Nissan Cima, . I'll still come around, though. I know everyone says so when they leave, but I've made some good friends here. It'd be wrong not to stay around.

And about the TL, I'm in the same boat every year thinking that I'm gonna give it up, but it has been so reliable, comfortable, easy to maintain, and provides an accomodating platform for my sound system experimenting that it ends up staying. And now the thing is so old that it is becoming kinda cool in that there are not so many around on my streets. Classic baby. Your car is quite unique and the damage looks cosmetic at worst so fix that beast! And if you can swing it get that Cima for a backup.
Hope your luck changes.

Turns out everything is straight, just the headlight itself is a bit crooked. Taking it out and bending the tabs a bit and it'll be perfect again.
I'm still running fine!
Don't qualify, them Buicks thar is hot mah neezy.
No, I actually hate the new cars.
No, not the Cima aka Q45, . Although, I am looking at one of those, too.
Thanks.

^ Are you serious? I've still got the chrome bars. I think that a little bending and some plastic weld, then some fresh paint and it's be good as new. the fin area is a bit cracked, though.
~Cheers~
P.S. And yes, I've already secured a new hood, grill, and bumper. Just need to pay for the bumper and paint.

Geez, you have been having a bad week. However, maybe look on the bright side. At least the GF was gracious enough to give you back the ring. And of course if she is not the 'right' one than this'll make way for the one who is, eh? Better short term grief than long term misery.

Here's the Cima. I've got some pics of the mani to go up as well.

Here's a third one, but it's double what I'd get the other two for, which means I really can't afford it.
The other Y33 belongs to a friend, and he's planning on selling it, and said he'd give me a deal on it. Looks almost exactly like the one above.

^ Thanks. Basically I was pissed and fed up with dealing with these idiot taxi cab drivers. I got hit by one once but I let him go.
Luckily for me, the container of parts arrived this week from Japan, and UA3 stuff was nicely packed inside, . That helped influence the decision. Also, since I'm in the middle of a performance/maintenance mod, and several aesthetic mods, I didn't really want to drop everything and go.
