Scary Freaking Noise!!!
Ok i just noticed when i drove to pick up my bro at a friends house when i shifted from park into reverse and from reverse into drive my tranny made a loud clicking noise as it shuffeled through gears, and kinda jolted the car a little bit, WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY CAR AHHH

That happened to me a couple of times when I didn't come to a full (or close to full) stop before switching gears and gassing. I don't know if that's the same case with you, but I am sure to stop now beofre switching gears 'cause it's a horrendus noise.
