i think someone did it
i think someone on this site has done that because i remember seeing a picture of a 97 with type s rims, but if i was going to do that, i would get a smaller tire than what comes stock on the type s. and yes it would look good

I put TL Type S rims on my 1998 WDP 3.2TL and they look great. Before that, I had 17" Konig Monsoons with 215/50 tires, and they rubbed in the back during hard cornering or if I had 4 people in the car. The TL-S rims have the perfect offset and they do not rub whatsoever. I got mine brand new for $600 with tires!

Sh*t you got a good deal on them. I paid 400 with tires but I had to fix two of them because they were scratched up. I would post pixs but I don't have them on. They are sitting in my basement because I did not want to put them on without putting the springs on. Wampum has them own his car and he's posted pixs too. So to answer your question the look good and they fit.

Yea Im thinking about trading the rims I have now for some type s rims. I was gonna get them in the beggining but I got a good deal on the rims. By the way, is there anyway to fix curb rashes?

thanks everybody , one more question ?
can I keep using my stock springs or do I have to change them to after market ones ?
and should be fine with 4 people inside with out rub right ?
they look nice I just never saw them in a car like ours
end they're asking $800 plus 200 s&h
am I getting screwed 'cause one of you guys says 600

Yeah you are getting screwed!! Check e-bay you should be able get them cheaper. You should be fine. Me personally I would go for the Eibach prokit to make it look more aggressive but that's my $.02. They would be fine with stock.
