after ripping out the interior this weekend for the carputer install.. i discovered that the previous owner spilled soda down the center console and also spilled bleach on the carpet to where it ate away parts of it...

Exactly. Your best bet would be to find someone who specializes in car interiors. They normally handle cloth/leather and such, but carpeting isnt too tough, they'll just need measurements and cut it properly.
