question...
want to get my car lowered. is there any way to compensate for the weight of a motorcycle once it's dropped? i have to have my bike at the beach rallies. having my tl there would be nice also...

you could install height adjustable shocks, i'm not sure from which company.--or--a coilover system such as those from Ground Control...maybe a combo of both? how about an airbag system with an internal compressor? hope this helps.....aloha....
In your case of hauling your motorcycle, I would stay away from progressive lowering springs and go with a linear type. The progressive is very soft for the first couple of inches to give you a comfortable ride. With the weight of your motocycle at the back, your car will definitely drop down quite a bit at the rear before the spring stiffens.
Adjustable shocks, either coil-overs or height adjustable shocks are okay, but may become a hassle after changing it over and over again. Also, if you change your height, the wheel alignment goes off and you could wear down your tires prematurely.
