Punk Kid threw paint on my car.
well how many of you would have maintained your coolness and composure??? i wasn't i was about to kick some ass... Story is below...
alright... im sitting at work yesterday and some guys runs into my store
like who owns the silver car out front?? someone threw paint all over
it..im like wtf??? my car is blue but not silver so i go and take a look
anyway... figures it is MY CAR!!!
so then i go out and the guy points out a black kid and i walk up to the kid and like wtf u doing throwing paint on my car... he was like i didn't do that that guy did.. i turn around and was like come show me and the punk takes off running... im like 'u
f@$@# u better run or imma whoop ur ass if i catch u... there was no way i could
chase him down with slippers on... so i go back cause the crap is drying
on my paint and start to clean it up with alcohol.. it was all over my hood and passenger front corner... thank god it was wood finish and not actual paint... it starts to come off so i tell my g/f to call the police.. im like they won't be here for another 2 hrs... the guy that was parked in front of me got hit too... but only his bumper and exhaust...
what apperently happened was the guy who told me what happened is the window
washer on our street.. the kids tried to steal his bike but he chased them
down... he caught the kid and got his bike back... the kid ran away so the
guy came back to finish his job... the kids came back with a can of wood
staining fnish and tried to throw it at him.. they missed and freaking got my
car...
cops actually came in five mins and the guy took a ride with them to
find the kids.. i was like man they are long gone probably home by now
hiding...man that kid was lucky he didn't hang around... i was ready to get my
club out from underneath my seat...
went home and washed and waxed the car and compounded the rest of the
paint out.. the cop was like ur car is too nice to park on the street.. u
should be in that lot... so i laugh and im like officer.. what if there is a
fight in the lot???? he was like... well

There are some total dipshits out there.
In high school, five of us had been called into the principal's office around almost the end of the day. What happened was these two girls had walked down one of the parking lot rows and keyed every single car FOR NO DAMN REASON.
They caught the whole thing on tape. The girls went down, but I still had a deep jagged pinstripe on my side. Why the hell do people do things like that?

That is some fucked up shit dude. My friends ex-girlfriend went psycho on him and poured woodsealant and paint thinner all over his hood in the middle of the night and he didnt see it till the next morning. He had no idea what it was at first. He said it looked like blood. He went to a detail shop and the detailer called emergency personnel like cops and shit and a fireman said, ive been to crash scenes and that definately looks like blood. But like i said it wasnt blood we later found out.
BUt initially thinkin it was blood totally freaked us all out. Her parents ended up paying for the detailing, gave him $100 but his hood is still fucked.
Girls have no respect. No matter how much I hated a fuck, i would never do anything to his car, thats totally uncalled for.

Yeah, dude's cars should be off limits.
I wouldn't have beat the kid, just held him 'til the cops came. I think I'd get more satisfaction from that plus I'd feel like the angst of having to wait for you own arrest would be worse than getting beat.

that shit sucks...my cars been egged like 6 times...both of em and i have no idea's whos doing it and last week i almost caught em and one of em dropped his cell but the cops took it out of my hands before i could even check it for numbers. But he did say if they catch them i can take em to civil court and sue em for 3 new paintjobs and some more. 
plus they probably will get thrown in jail because the value of damage is so high. But thats if we catch em...i'd rather beat the shit out of em then sue em...gives me more satisfaction because it gets them and not their parents.

Sorry about your car, dude. If that kid was on foot he lives in that neighborhood and I have no doubt that you will see him sooner or later. If you do see him you can detain him while waiting for the police and then refer to your previous police report. Be careful about roughing the kid up though, because you don't want some weak assault case put on you by his parents.
