power problems

anybody else have a problem with power surges? ok I have had a problem with the lights dimming every once in a while when I accelerate from the first time I got my car.. nobody else noticed it so I ignored it but then I got a clarion dxz925 which has a 2 faces one on the front that slides down to reveal the lcd in the back.. its supposed to stay down but it doing aerobics every once in a while and I can't stop it.. I'm thinking its because of the power stuff but I'm not sure.. any thoughts? or ideas on how I could stabilize my power supply?

yeah I have subs and that does cause power loss but I had it before I had them and they don't make the deck freak out most of the time although sometimes I think it does it too but it did it before I got the subs

I dont think thats why the deck would be doing that. Its probably a bad unit.
