i want to know whats the difference between the 1997 3.2 TL and the 1998 3.2 TL ...because the guy who sell me the car said that it was 1998 but....later i compared my serial number to the service manual and i found that it was 97 ... and then i enter my VIN into a website of OEM acura parts and it said the same ... that it was 97 ... i have searched in the internet but i cant find pictures that truly help me...



....i mean... im not quite sure if it is 97 or 98 ...please tell me

 

Go to http://www.carfax.com and enter the VIN.... it will tell you the year.

 

it didn't tell you what the year of the car is on the vehicle title??? not sure if they have that in Mexico or not...

 

yes , we have the title thing ... but the fact is that the title hasnt arrived...it is in its way to mexico .... ( they are sending it from atlanta to here )



i entered carfax ...and i discovered that in fact it is 97 ...i guess i have been deceived

 

From technical point of view they are the same just as appearance too. Sometimes, cars produced in december put in the documents into next year, but its not common practice. Next generation (UA5), started in 98 looks pretty different.

 

1998 3.2 had everything standard with ONE option: traction control

The 1997 3.2 had the base model and the premium package. The premium package added heated seats, traction control and heated mirrors.
