That's the Value Sports rear wing. It's a Japanese company that specializes in aero kits and parts, etc.
You need to get in touch with valuetl. He is a member on this board who imports and sells Japanese parts. Ask him if he can get it for you.

hey sup bro. yo that's a nice car. how did u get the eyebrows for the lights. let me know cuz i want to do that too, and i tryed it with some paint that this car place told me but it came out in about a week. so let me know what u did. thanks

they're expensive, you can buy them from valuetl at www.value-caraudio.com I think they run like 180 unpainted..
by the way, I dont think the guy who owns that crazy yellow TL comes here anymore.
