Pics of my 1997 3.2TL

Here are some pics, I am just getting started with the mods. Albeit green is not even one of my top 5 choices in cars (except maybe a jeep) but I got this car way below wholesale for the miles and condition.

Any ideas on wheels, I need suggestions.

hey, nice car, did you buy the car with the clear bumper lights? how much did you pay?

so i'm looking for wheels too! my tires need to be changed. so are 3.2 and 2.5 same patterns? 4x114.3? and tire size stock 205/60/15?
what will be the problems if i used 205/40/17 from my other car?

nice job on the grill! Did you cut out each rectangle and then zip tie them in or what? I'm thinking about doing this and I want to know what is the easiest way to do it.

no it is one piece of "premium gutter guard" and you slide it in from the right to left side. Be sure an buy 3 peices, you will haave to cut 3 inches off 1 side and experiemnt, it really is self explanatory once you start

The 3.2TL has 5-lug hubs (5x115 , I think)
The 2.5TL las 4-lug (like the G1 CLs, Vigors, Integra,...)

heated mirrors are in all tl... but im not sure if they actually work coz it's not that cold here anymore... it's a small button where the power mirrors are. if u see the one with that weird symbol, that's the one!

If you have heated mirrors, there is a little button next to the mirror controls. The heated seats are the switches next to the gear shifter.

lug pattern for 2.5 is 4x114.3 (compatable with vigors, accords, preludes...thats all i could think of)
lug pattern for 3.2 is 5x114.3 (compatable with 2nd gen TL and CL, legends)

Both should fit perfectly on the 3.2TL (the tires are a lower profile, so the overall size is the same).

Most 4-lug honda wheels should fit the 2.5TL. A good choice is the G1 CL wheels.

Although the bolt pattern is the same, the IS300 wheels don't fit the TL. The center hub is smaller on the Lexus, the wheels don't seat.

Here's how to get radio info for codes from dealer.
Pry off center console dash wood trim. I used a plastic spattula. Just apply slight force as you pry off evenly along trim.

radio info is on top of radio.

You may need to remove the ventilation contol unit (4 screws).
But I think you can see info without doing that.

I don't know about where you're from - I didn't buy my car from the Acura dealer near my house. One time, they helped me get the code. They looked up the VIN in their computer system and got the code from there.
