Pics of Brake Pad Replacement

Old Pads..

First Bolt you need to take off to get to your pads.

Second Bolt.

Old Pads after removal.

Caliper...see the + on the caliper. You have to rotate it clockwise to go back in to fit new thicker pads. You can get a special tool from an auto car parts store or use a large screwdriver.

New Pads on.

dbox,
did you put shimmies on your pads? if you didnt, that might be causing the noise.

It is pity that the pics couldn't display again.
Does someone still keep these pics? I want to change the pads by myself recently.

when clamping in the back piston, make sure the t lines up with the caliper and that it makes a t not a x, it will eat your brakes faster if its a x (told by a mechanic when changing my brakes...)

It is ok. I could find many experience introduction of brake pads changing in this forum.
However, it is the only one with pics.

And it is also very easy to find some videos on the Youtube. It is the best teacher.

It is good!

Now the problem is solved just wait for several days.
I think the main reason that cause this problem is the emergency braking at the highway. It may make the brake system hot thereby making some noise.
I have checked that the brake pads made by ceramic are easy to squeal. Mine has been changed for only 6000miles, so the problem is not a problem.

Haha~~~~~ Thanks for everybody!
