i would like to see the diff wheels you all have, i've not heard of many people putting on 17", too small for our cars?

98 2.5TL stock are 4x114.3 with 205/60/15 am i correct?

OH and who DOESN'T use premium gas? any affect on your car?
i've never used premium on my other car, but it doesn't say "PREMIUM GAS ONLY" i thought that was kinda funny in the dash

 

I won't go through the whole explanation, just use PREMIUM. Honda engineers don't do stuff for the hell of it. I hear that you are supposed to use honda PS fluid & AT fluid because it is specially formulated for for their designs. Other PS fluid could ruin the rack & pinion seals. The AT fluid is formulated for their clutch packs and you are supposed to change the fluid every 30K.

yeah i got 17s too and they look like 15s......i hate my freaking wheels. i only bought them b/c i got it dirty cheap...100 bucks for all for wheels and tires, unbelieveable huh? they're hot though. i saw some 18 wheels on a vw today and those look like the same size as my 17s! im afraid 18s dont look big enough for our cars. we have a big car thats long so 17s look small......at least to me. 19s would be perfect for me

You guys are gonna laugh at me. My car is almost stock. The only things left on it are HID headlights (with stock yellow fogs), factory trunk spoiler, clear bumper lights, tints & Inspire tails. LOL. No TVs, no stereo, no 18's, no value wing, no black headlights, no folding mirrors, no rear view camera, no HID foglights......

 

do u guys get abuse by cops for such dark tints?

96TL, are u selling your clear bumper lights? and HID headlights?

the bulbs heat up pretty fast, kinda scared it will melt my plastic.



taking dash apart was hard... broke a few vents :wow:

 

I haven't been bothered for my tints yet and all of my current mods are staying.

What did you use to make the cluister blue? Heres some pics of mine. (will be stock in the next few days) PICS

 

i just use aftermarket blue bulbs... 4 192... and took out the last yellow at the corner, not needed. i saw yours with LED, is much brighter but has spots right? i hope mine don't fade yellow later on. i forgot about the climate control, let me try that later on, i am not able to find 3mm super bright led in town, as well 5mm i have to order, which is a pain to wait. i knwo those 3/5mm led are super bright, i've had them on climate control button in my other car, soldered them in, always looking at them while driving at night!

ah and i d idn't do the needles, guess it looks alright, and those 5mm tubes are hard to take apart.

 

morningla: i also broke the same vent when i took out my dash lol i dont even know if im going to replace that whole dash. its hella expensive.
