Performance headers and coil overs.......cant find them anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive done a lot of work on the car.....want to do more. where can I find those two things???????Ive checked many sites, ebay, pro import tuners and megan racing.....nothing.

 

you need to use accord parts

 

I dont think you can ue accord parts on the 3.2 only the 2.5, andysautosport.com offers some coilover sleeves and coils, although not full system, Thare are some out there, try googling it, headers I have no clue

 

Don't quote me but the only performance parts you can put into the 3.2 engine would be parts from the type II engine , that's were you get the header, intake manifold and such other parts and for the coil overs theirs a cite that's sells them i just can't remember the name of it. hope this helps also try using the search on the forum you might find important details their.

 

the only headers available or our cars are the OBX headers for the 91-95 Legend... we share the same C32 engine... and yes the Type II intake manifold is swappable...

type II refers to the higher performance version of our motor. it was used in the 91-95 acura legend and offered 230(?) hp as opposed to the 200 hp our stock 3.2 puts out. swapping the intake manifold will give you an additional 10-12 hp at higher engine speeds but you will lose some low end torque.

 

Thanks Turby. Any successful conversions? seems a bit pricey so I'm assuming its well worth it. The type II emblems are pretty nice too haha.

 

Trying to do the same looking for upgrades the 95 legend intake manifold sounds interesting wonder if if it fits a 97 Acura TL 3.2 ?
