I know Trey has told me what kind, was curious what you others thought, and remember, I don't want to go real low.

When I lower mine in the Spring I'm getting Ground Controls. You can slam it or raise it whenever you want. Much better than just springs. Cost about $350-$400 depending where you get them.

if you want the subtle drop then i'd say go with the prokit from eibach.

coilovers = ground control
springs = eibach prokit (1.2 front...1.0 in back)

tein does not make any for our car but they do have some for 96-97 accords and those run for a lil over a grand. i found some coilovers made for our cars but they're like 1500 or so.. the link is in the other site

oh and for the GC folks, isn't it a hassle to adjust the height for the back?? you have to take out your back seat EVERY single time you want to raise/lower the back side huh??? where are the screws for the back seat anyway?

If the other kit you mean is B&G, I called them up and they said they were gonna produce it but the demand wasn't high enough.

so in other words, snook isn't selling eibachs for the 1st gen anymore?? or do you mean eibach will stop making springs for 1st gen??

well, look at this link...its the same company but diff price for the same brand coilover for our car.. the part number btw the two are a BIT different too... hmmm somethings fishy.. dom, want to try to call them again?!

As of now Tim still carries them, but they might stop making them soon. If they DO make those B&G coilovers, then I might spend the extra money and get me a set. The body kit comes first though.

WTF?! eibach might stop making them for our cars??? ****!!! i guess i might have to purchase them in case i might want them on my car. im leaning toward gc's though but its such a hassle to remove the back seat just to adjust the height of the rear suspsensions... damn... how sure are you of this though????

you dont ahve to remove the rear seat to adjust the height, you have to remove the wheel and it is back in there.

see the thing is, i hate taking out my wheel because i dont trust myself when tightening the lug nuts. if you over tighten it, it'll pop and if you dont tighten it enough...its not safe either. either way you're stuck. i just dont have those lug tighteners that the pros be using (that drill and those long handled lug tighteners).

i got groundcontrols with konis and i think that this set up is pretty good for our cars.....getting full adjustables just is not worth it........but this is my opinion because all i do is cruise with my car........no hard turns or hanging turns on the freeway at 100+.....guys with coilovers and stock stuts drive around like they have full suspension......i guess what i am saying is that if you buy tiens you might not use them to there full potential and that would be a waste of money........Before i bought my set up i was talking to Mike (valuetl) about suspesion and i remember him telling me about a company that will custom make our suspension.......i think it is adjustable style......not just the coilover but built with the strut.......I can't remeber the price but just tring to give another option to anyone looking for suspension.......peace and drive safe

you just pur it as tight as you can , my advice get the monkey wrench thing for taking of lug nuts , with a little weight they come off easy. i have a gun to take them off but i still dont trust it. i go around all of them after im done and re tighten them seems like a pain but i dont want to roll till the wheels fall off
