oil,air filter and brake lights
All,
I had following questions.
1. I own 1998 3.2TL with 122k miles. I had bought K&N air filter and denso oil filter. I was told that both of them will last 30k miles. Is this true?
2. Brake light comes on and goes off while driving. What does this mean? Majority of the time the light comes on when i am stopped at the signal and start driving.
3. Any good pointers where I can know what needs to be done regulary to the car such that major expenses will not break me!!!!

The K&N will last the life of the vehicle though it should be cleaned and oiled every 30k I guess. I wouldn't recommend using an oil filter longer than 3,000 miles. The oil won't last 30k miles so why not just change the filter when you change the oil.

3rd ?, many people have the same problem the check engine light comes on for the egr vavle
