Noise reduction in trunk

I was looking at the manual i downloaded and saw the noise reduction thing in the trunk(wonder why i never saw it before) but yeah, i saw it, thing is i re-installed my subs again and noticed that my trunk had some excessive rattling in it and also where my spare tire is i noticed some traces of water around that area, i need to know how to stop that and also if i should go to the salvage yard and pick up a whole bunch of these noise reduction things would they positively impact my sound quality and stop the rattling of i just need to stop trying to be cheap and get the dyna mat kit, glad to say that my tl seems to be running quite like it used to ever since i placed the subs back in the trunk.....also any advice on the trunk leak thing, i'ma try to look it up but we do really need a search box.....thanks for the advice ahead of time....1
