Noise Condenser Capacity

I have been having problems with my rear speakers lately. At first I thought that it was my speakers because they were Xplods so we know how much of POS they are. So I replaced them. Then the other day I realized that my back speakers aren't working at all. THESE ARE BRAND NEW SPEAKERS! I got these like not even 2 months ago.

Anyway...

I was looking through the service manual and I came across the Noise Condenser Capacity. I was wondering what it is and if this could possibly be the cause of my problem since they are located right near the rear speakers.

Does anyone know what it is or what it does?

I think its for reducing background noise, kinda like noise-canceling headphones.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

I figured that but would it effect if my speakers work or not is the question.
