Night-time turn illuminator lights

Hi people, just a question out of curiosity here

Do all TL/Saber/Inspire models have the dual filament park light bulb that gives extra light when you turn a corner at night time?

My Saber has it, as do all other models I've seen near me (all JDM cars) but, I'm surprised I can't find anything on it here
It's a great little feature for use in the dark that helps illuminate objects to the side of the car like signs and pedestrians that fall outside the range of the headlights and only comes on when you signal a turn

Forgive me if this is covered somewhere, I was browsing through old lighting related threads but couldn't find mention of the feature

if you're talking about the corner bulb in the headlight, usdm cars are equipped with a 168/194 wedge bulb. so it does not blink when you turn... only jdm headlights have the larger dual filament bulb that blinks when signaling BUT it can be done on usdm cars... i have it and its bright!

No mine don't blink/flash either

Like this

With headlights and park lights on

...and when you activate the turn signals, the corners give off extra light to illuminate the surrounding area in whatever direction you are turning

Is this a normal feature of our cars?

Again, normal for JDM headlights. When USDM cars get JDM headlights, people usually wire the extra filament to the turn signal so they blink, since we don't have the necessary wiring to keep it steadily on.

OK, it was a Japanese market feature
Making them blink is a good idea too, although in my country only amber is accepted for turn signals

Thank you

Yeah, the Nissans from similar years also had that feature.
