Wuddup,

I own a 96 2.5tl black. I got this beauty in trade through good ol' craigslist bak in august and love it, sorta...
Its been givin me some problems here and there but I'm fixin it up as I go

Its pretty stock as of now, when I got it the only thing aftermarket was the rims
Its got 17in black niche shock rims
Dual headunit
500watt crunch amp
Powering a 10in kicker
And 1 cheap mtx audio tweeter

So far problems I've ran into was...
right upper ball joint (paid $204 for a new control arm)
Loose exhaust (fixed)
Leaking valve cover (installed new seals)
Seized thermostat (replaced)
Leaking water pump (haven't got to yet, but I add water regularly)
And small crack in radiator where the hose for the thermostat is(rtv sealed
And cracked rim due to retarded used tire guy (ghetto jb welded but slowly leaks)

I suspect that there may be an issue with the transmission but I haven't had time to check it out

My plans for the car are simple, I'm just gunna murder it out
New black paint job
I'm gettin stock rims cuz I hate mine (gunna black em out)
Smokeout the tailights
Black eyelids fr headlight
I'm gunna do a projector retrofit upgrade with sum halos
I'm gettin a bunch of white strobes for an undercover type look
Gunna get all the attention of my car towards the sound system

Not sure how I'm gunna go the system but I'm thinking 2 6.5s in each door plus 2 tweeters in each door, rear speakers + tweeter, either 3 12s or 2 15s w/mega wattage,
I have dvd stuff now but I'm ditchin it, I don't like the look
I'm currently wiring sum speakers outside the car either this week or next

Anyway I'm glad I found this site cuz I like any and all advice/comments, and I like learnin new things from other people

The guy who owned it b4 me says the original motor went out and when they swaped it for another they took the guage cluster with it to have the correct mileage, I'm around 109xxx now but yeah its got low miles

As for wheel size idk lol ill check in da mornin but I think it may be 245/35/z17 sumthin like that

I just started my job as a preper @ a body shop today but ima get the lights like new very very soon
Also gunna cook em in the oven n black out the chrome in the headlights

Why do you think u need all those subs bro? I lived in Orlando when at Embry-Riddle in 99-03. I am moving back to fl soon. Spend your cash on mids/highs and springs and tint w/ ebay lip spoiler.

As for emblems on the back I took off "acura" and "2.5tl" painted the A and license plate trim black

And trussttt me when I get a system ima have plenty of highs to match the bass
In my avenger I had 2 6 1/2in mids in each door, 4 1in tweeters, 2 6x9s, amps to run them all
Also nothing was stock speaker wire, I ran all new errrythang, had an eq hooked up as well
I'm the proud ower of 10tickets in one year for it being so loud

And the headlights have been cleaned, they look brand new, I sarted a thread in the picture showcase whee I'm puttin all my new pix of things I do
