Red face New issue: maybe a problem

New issue:
Smoke coming out of the tail pipes(just a moderate ammount)
Really bad alignment
Smelling coolant or something like coolant sometimes and do see coolant under the hood
Bad morning ride

I'm more concerned about the smoke than anything else, is this as a result of a BHG?
The coolant issue is because my radiator cap is kinda fuxxed up, which may also be the cause of me smelling coolant because its showing up under the hood in small ammounts....
No overheating occurs and fans kick in ontime(i guess)
oh yeah when i start my car I hear a loud noise from inside the dash i think..kinda sounds like bending up a water hose then turning on the water and slowly letting the bent part go straight, amplified about 5x thats the sound i hear, hoping its not my EGR or some sort of clogged pipe, I do admit that i did use some penzoil during my last oil change i'm guessing thats my cause and i'm not sure what grade they put in there, I should be getting a new oil change 2mrw with castrol high mileage oil, might also get some of that lucas additive oil just so if there is a problem it can go in and seal it, if its really small......I still need a new hood for the 3.2, and may be soon perfoming the legend gs sedan front suspension swap, or might just get one off a TL i saw in the junk yard, i've seen about 3 of them all with no hood or left fender which kinda sucks

Damn, those are a couple signs of a SHG, Seeping Head Gasket. If you're stopped at a red light, for example, when the light turns green and you take off, is there a blue cloud left behind? Leaking valve seals could cause that...

~Cheers~

the startup noise is the ABS, so its normal.
you maybe burning some oil, maybe because they put low viscocity oil in your car.
I have switched to synthetic 5w-30 oil for a while now and am losing oil somewhere at an unacceptable rate.
will switch to 10w-30 non synthetic next time.

Replace the radiator cap- the system needs a certain specific pressure to operate properly- I dont care what the temp guage says- its about amount of water flow.
Have the system pressure tested at parts store while buying cap.
With new cap you may discover the head gasket problem is real too
Fix it before thinking about body parts replacement

Thanks guys all the advice will be put to good use
Go90go: You might be right about the leaking seals, i'll go have that checked out as soon as i get off work.
pi1996: The last oil change i got the bastards put pennzoil in the car and didnt even show me the bottles, i was too lazy to drive down to walmart which woulda had me covered good since they have a selection of oils to choose from
01tl4tl:Radiator car is already on my "shit list" to be replaced, hopefully i can find the right one....
