i doubt it, the 3.2 front end and the accord front end arent very similar.

I've been doubting getting one of those for quite a while..I have a 2.5 and I think it would fit the 2.5's better than the 3.2

The fitament wouldn't be the problem, there are slots for screws (and to the best of my knowledge, there is a flat plastic piece that sits right under the front).

It's the length of the lip that would be the problem.

...or maybe I just want a kit by Mugen and I'm doing my best in a search for it...

To my knowledge, accord front lip is too small for either the 2.5 or the 3.2 TL. In order to fit that particular front lip, you will end up slapping on a lot of bondo and fiberglass to make it fit. Of course it's up to you, but heres my 2cents. =]
