Motor and ECU question

Im sure that it does, but Im trying to find proof.

Does anyone know, or know a way to find out if the 96 2.5L has a deceleration fuel cut-off mode?

I know that some of the same year Honda's have this feature so im sure that the TLs have it too.

Reason I ask is that im getting into Hypermiling to stave off having to sell my cherry little ride.

since no one ever responded to this, i thought I would answer my own question.

yes, the car will cut fuel to the injectors when you decelerate in order to increase fuel economy. You must be completely off the gas (which is a TPS value of 9 or 10) and the injectors cut fuel until around 1250 - 1300 rpms.

The TL does, so there is no need to check the Vigor. Thanks for the suggestion though.
