MAC HP Chip Information

I recently just bought a MAC Racing Chip to add some extra HP. I fear that it might bring down my fuel economy....Does anyone know whether or not this chip will waste my gas only when I rip on the engine?

HAHAHA!!! You got RIPPED, m8. Anyhow, if that chip even works, of course you will see a drop in fuel economy. That "extra power" has to come from somewhere right?
