Load Resistor Blinker Help

I recently installed white LEDs from superbrightleds, in my parking lights and turn signals.

I was told that I may have an issue of the bulbs blinking super fast, which i do.

I was also told by them that I can fix this problem with one of their load resistor kits spliced into my turn/brake hot wire

These instructions are taken from their site/

CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS: Using included splice taps, connect one wire to ground and the other wire to the turn/brake hot wire. Splice taps allow for installation without cutting your turn signal wires

Wondering if any of you could tell me an easy accesible place to splice into the correct wire and to point me to the correct wire.

Thanks
