lights for my car

I want to change all the light bulbs in my 2.5TL ( both inside and out). I need head lights that are bright but wouldn't result in the cops stopping me. also the drivers side lens assembly is very dull compared to the clear passengers side lens. I used one of those head lens cleaners and it worked but the dullness returned after 2 months. Any recommendations here?

One of the favorite places on here to get LEDs is http://www.v-leds.com They also have HID kits and the one that you would probably want to get is 4300K or 6000K.

Are you talking about replaceing the entire lens with a HID compatible unit? or purchasing a HID kit, which is illegal and would casue him to get pulled over like he doesn't like so much.....

Is a HID lens change legal? seems like it should be b/c the reason HID kits are illegal is becasue they are designed to fit lens which scatter high intensity lights into on coming traffic.....
