L.E.D bulbs in cluster

About 6 months ago I installed 5 LED's in my cluster to replace the oem bulbs. Everything has been fine up to 1 week ago. For some reason 3 of them are blinking. One has stopped blinking and doesnt come on anymore. Seems as though it only happens when I put the car in drive. I'm sure the other two will start soon.

Are they burning out?

Voltage problem?

They are burning out. I had this problem with my console and when I got a new console I replaced them and this just started occurring on my overhead lights so I have to replace those as soon as I'm not to lazy to do it.
