Interior car smell from filter?

Does anyone know if there is microfilter that I can change, to freshen up the smell in the interior? I have a feeling that there is an old one in my care somewhre, that makes the inside of the car smell! I have a mildew kind of smell that comes and goes with the use of my air conditioner. Any guidance?

There is no cabin filter on the 1st generation TL.

However, to get rid of the mildew smell, use Lysol at the base of your windshield where the rain would normally wash down into.

That wont do much good if any. If I remember correctly, the interior air mostly comes through those vents around the cowl.

Aru-yo! But considering there are only 3 Japa-Cens left in the US, and all of them in California, most people don't have access to them! BTW, if you're wondering where, San Francisco, San Jose, and Los Angeles are the only cities left in the entire US that have a Japan Town. I haven't personally seen the spray in those places (I haven't looked), but I have the one my girlfriend bought for me. Can't seem to find it, though, hehe. I still have my Japanese Febreeze that pulls dust from out of the air, that should work pretty well, I'd think.

~Cheers~

P.S. Also since almost half of San Francisco's Japa-Cen is now owned by Arabic people, there might only be two left soon... We'll see which route the new owners want to take...
