I have a 96 2.5 TL

I found this http://www.7453217467431.com/product...33060578&tab=1 intake at pepboys.com for a 3.5 tl, and my question is... Would it fit on a 2.5 TL? Do 3.5 and 2.5's have alot in common...enginewise besides the engine size? thanks.

 

there is NO such thing as a 3.5TL... unless its a typo, thats a good enough reason to not buy it....

 

:shakehead Nice try but the 2.5 vs. the 3.5 is very different... VERY!!!

On the 3.5 the intake comes from the front center part of the motor and goes (faceing the engine) far left side of the engine bay... On the 2.5 the intake comes from the right side and has a small space heading towards the right side of the engine... maybe doing a few mods to the intake you might get it to fit...

Get a Weapon R Secret Weapon short ram intake. I just installed mine about a week ago and it does give the car a little more get up and go. It's no cold air but it's worth it.
