Indiglow Gauges...

I was thinking of purchasing the reverse indiglow guages for my TL, but before that, I wanted to know what you guyz think of these guages. Are they worth it? Easy to install?

Also is it possible to hook it up to the dim light knob? Do i need to purchase new bulbs or will the factory ones will do?

They are pretty easy to install. The hardest part is removing the dashboard and not breaking the vents off. Once you get the hang of that, it should be no sweat. As for the electrical hook ups, I hooked mine up the the dimmer and it works great.

I didn't break my vents, but i cracked it lol...

Anyways, I'm seeing two types of gauges for the TLs. One is a so called "metallic" (or silver) look instead of a "white" look in the day.

The Green/Blue one with the dimmer has a "white" look to it and it has a different color blue compared to the "metallic" version. The "metallic" version has a better blue IMO.

I'm wondering which one you guyz think is better? I was planning on getting the Green/blue one with the "white" look since I couldn't tell the difference between metallic and white in those ebay pictures. Here is the links to them:

Ya it's tempting to want to get those. I got some in my Accord. But not sure if I want them in my TL.

Yeah, I was thinking about the white/silver gauge on my TL and thought it'd look funny, but I'm getting tired of these stock gauges. The color seems so dull. Too bad they didn't make a black background with the lights lit up hyperblue or something.

Also, the ones on ebay say there is no instructions included. Can anyone post the instructions on how to install these? I checked some of the posts in this forum, but never really saw a detailed description of the installation process.
