I'm going to lower soon!

I am getting back $2200 from taxes on the 24th of this month. Intrax makes some springs that lower our car 1.7". Is that too low you think? My Accord is dropped 2.25", but I ain't lowering my TL that low. I was thinking 1.5". What you guys think?

i have the pro kit and the lowering is pretty subtle. most people don't even know you've lowered it unless you've got some rims. running on stock wheels, i have like two fingers worth of space between the wheel and the fender.

the rear of the my car looks really lowered because of how much my system weighs. people always ask me if my car is lowered. but its not.

unx979, i have two fingers worth of space in the rear too without the lowering kit. funny huh? i wonder what it would look like if i were to put the pro kit on?

yeah coilovers can adjust the height that you want but the downside of that is that once you get the height you like, you should align your car so your tires dont lean to one side and wear out one side of your tires.....you'd have to buy new tires like 2-3 times a year. once you get your car to the height you want and aligned.....if you raise or lower your car after its been settled, you'd have to get it aligned again at the new height. its such a hassle and the ride isn't as smooth. i just prefer springs b/c you can just install it and not mess with them no more.
